Course Prerequisites

Minimum age: 10 (10-14 may earn Junior Open Water Diver Certification).
Ability to swim. You will have to swim a short distance in a pool without stopping (No Time Limit) and Float or Tread Water.
Padi Medical Release form (Contact us for any issues or answers that might be Yes).

Typical Class Schedule

At home (Before class): Complete online e-learning
Day 0: In-person orientation with ScubaJoey instructor.
Day 1: Pool training in morning.
Day 2: 2 tank Boat, Lake, or Blue Heron(Depends on tides and conditions) dive.
Day 3: Morning Pool training followed by a afternoon final 2 tank boat dive.
